The Female Leadership Wheel™ is a self-perception tool which identifies areas of strength and areas for development to advance leadership growth among women. The Female Leadership Wheel™ invites reflection and provides direction for a coaching process, helping clients to rapidly zoom in on their priorities and articulate their goals. Through my research and coaching experience, 8 key areas of focus have emerged for successful female leadership:

How does it work? You are asked to complete an on-line questionnaire which is then used to generate your unique Female Leadership Wheel™ report. The results are displayed on an 8-sectioned wheel, illustrating the difference between importance and strength in each area, followed by a detailed analysis and questions for reflection. During a 1.5-hour debriefing session, we explore your results, linking them with your own professional challenges and context, as a springboard for setting your coaching goals. We can also refer back to your FLW report in the course of our coaching engagement, to track your progress. The Female Leadership Wheel™ is used in both 1:1 coaching and in group training programs to empower women for leadership roles.
