Mash-up
My life is a mash-up of crossovers between different cultures, disciplines and passions.  I'm an American who crossed over to Europe, where I bounced between Paris, Moscow and Basel before settling in Amsterdam. After a fulfilling career as a dancer and theatermaker
, I crossed over from the stage to the corporate world, and founded my own company, In-Coaching. I'm a communication specialist  who crossed over to intercultural training. I'm a creative entrepreneur who crossed over to executive coaching.
I am an Associate Certified Coach at the International Coach Federation.

Survive or Thrive
My own career of crossovers provided me with an enriched source of creativty for both individual coaching and for designing and leading intercultural training programs.
Through the arc of my own personal  growth process, I experienced the pitfalls of unchecked ambitions, as well as the shadow side of being a perfectionist. Changing countries and cultures taught me the virtues of being flexible and non-judgmental about behaviors I don't understand.
I also witnessed how passivity, the need for approval and not recognizing my own needs drains energy and feeds negative attitudes. It may be survivable, but what is the point of it when there are more rewarding options ? I became curious to explore other roads to success, where goals are achieved in tandem with  - not as the price of - well-being and staying close to who you are.  This, I believe, is the roadmap to a thriving mind-set and increased performance and happiness.
