Team Coaching

What is the secret of successful collaboration and enhanced team performance?  How can business team members learn to optimally communicate about roles and objectives, pooling their expertise and experience to create a productive, thriving team instead of constellation of solo problem-solvers ?

Optimally functioning teams
Team coaching brings added value to organizations by creating more space for individual expression, while cultivating a sense of team identity and responsibility.  The team coaching program provides a level playing field to experiment with new ways of structuring workflow, different communication styles, and re-aligning goals.
A program of facilitated dialogue, exercises, simulations and assignments will take the team through a customized learning process to promote trust, active collaboration, and clear communication channels - the basic ingredients for optimal team functioning .

Reinforcing leadership development
As a component of a leadership  development program, team coaching reinforces new learnings and business concepts in a smaller group setting.
It provides a guided process for exchanges on new approaches to leading and ways to implement them on both a personal and organizational level.

Peer coaching
One of the primary objectives of team coaching is for the team to get first-hand experience practicing using coaching models among themselves.  This creates shared language and procedures for colleagues to continue to support each other in their development long after the team coaching process has been completed.

For who ?
Team  coaching is for (cross-) functional   teams, self-directed, project-based or leadership teams within organizations.

Team coaching provides a dynamic process to promote:

  • Cultivating shared responsibility
  • Strengthening communication channels
  • Exploring new ways to collaborate
  • Taking ownership of solutions to increase productivity
